Bella Wild is an enigmatic artist with a message of love, peace and positivity.
Wild trained at the London Institute and at the Royal College of Art, London, and now works predominantly from her studio in Europe. Having worked a number of years in Graphic Design and in Film, Wild focusses on the inherent power of the written word. Deeply influenced by classical civilization and the temples of ancient Rome, Wild's works are luxurious, richly hand-textured with gold leaf, reminiscent of bars of gold, engraved bronze plaques and lettering carved into marble.
Wild often quotes the literature of Shakespear and the classical philosophers Socrates and Plato, whose teachings were often inscribed on monuments at the entrance to great temples as a spiritual code, today coined as positive psychology.
Graffiti, sacred geometry, textile motifs and religious iconography feature and influence Wild's highly collectable works.
Manor are delighted to exclusively represent Bella Wild in the UK.
